Frequently Asked Questions

This program is crafted by a husband and a wife team with a passion for fitness, nutrition and making it accessible and basic for anyone who wants to take back the control. Our hope is to remove the guess work and empower clients to enjoy eating, training and everything in between. We hope this will be an opportunity for you to make some lifestyle changes! The overarching goal is to learn more about the nutrients that you are putting into your body, while learning the best foods to put into your body for your performance goals. This isn’t a quick fix or a diet, and we are firm believers that the majority of the population is NOT eating enough! Our main job is to increase the amount of food you eat and help you create and maintain healthy relationships with food!

As we continue growing our network and client base we are committed to keeping the programming accessible. We prefer clients to initially sign up with a three-month commitment, with the option to go month to month after that if they choose to do so. We have designed this program to deliver results in a healthy time frame.

Once you have completed the intake paperwork you will hear from a coach to set up a time to do your free initial consultation. During this time, you and your coach will talk about your goals, the program, and go over any questions or concerns you may have. Once you feel comfortable moving forward we will select the programming option that works best for you and your goals. We will ask that you track your current nutrition for at least five days in MyFitnessPal after you submit your intake form. This allows us an accurate baseline to develop your programming with.

Once you have filled out My Fitness Pal for five days we will review your nutrition via, phone, web call, or an in person meeting, and discuss your long term programming. At this point, the program is really dependent on you. We will give you the tools you need. The level of commitment you put in will dictate the success of your results. Your coaches will be on the look out for communication from you on a weekly basis and we will update your macros and/or training based on the goals we have set together.

Our goals are your goals. We expect communication and honesty from our clients and in return we make the same commitment to our clients.

Mirroring many of the fundamentals taught through the Eat to Perform nutrition certification, this program is designed around macronutrients. Macronutrients, more commonly referred to as macros, look at the daily composition of your calories, specifically looking at how many grams of protein, carbohydrates, and fat you have eaten. The hope of counting macros is to move away from trying to reach an overarching caloric intake, and shift to looking at the nutrients that make up the calories you eat on a regular basis.
